On Human Being

Embrace the natural state of being human

Humans need to be. Period.

Our natural state of simply being human is something that can never be taken from us.

We own this — in our bodies, in our bones.

Don’t feel guilt for simply roaming, sitting, or resting. These acts are just as essential to your aliveness and well-being as anything else you could ever do in this world.

Remember, the world we live in wasn’t crafted with true human well-being and happiness in mind.

If you’re feeling uneasy, it’s because we live in a society that, on many levels, goes against what it means to be human. These feelings are symptoms of a foundation that’s inherently anti-human.

Prioritize your well-being in ways that truly nurture you, and stay connected to yourself, your heart, and what feels right for you.

Each breath that flows naturally through you is a quiet reminder of the support you have as you move through change.

This season, my own journey has gifted me an expanded vision, which means some things in my life will fundamentally change.

In the past, this would have made me feel scared or unhappy, but I’ve learned growth and change don’t have to be experienced that way.

We can align with new growth and what’s coming in — whatever feels honest, real, rooted, and true to our essence.

Much love as we navigate these wild times on Earth together. 🌹
